Rogue Talent is built on respect, professionalism, and trust. These guidelines apply to every user - model and client alike. Violations may result in warnings, suspension, or permanent removal from the platform.

Professionalism

Treat every interaction as a professional engagement. Communicate clearly, show up on time, and deliver on your commitments. Your reputation on the platform is built on reliability.

Respect and content

Respect boundaries. Every aspect of a shoot - from wardrobe to poses to usage rights - must be agreed upon in advance. If a model declines a request, that's final. Pressure, coercion, or harassment of any kind is grounds for immediate removal.

Honesty

Represent yourself accurately. Models: keep your measurements, portfolio, and availability up to date. Clients: provide truthful booking details including shoot type, location, and who will be present. Misrepresentation undermines trust and won't be tolerated.

Safety

Prioritise safety on every shoot. Clients must provide accurate location details. Both parties should confirm logistics in advance. If anything feels unsafe or uncomfortable, you have the right to leave - and we encourage you to report the situation immediately.

No circumvention

All bookings and payments must go through the platform. Attempting to take transactions off-platform undermines the protections we've built for both sides - escrow, verification, dispute resolution - and is a violation of these guidelines.

Discrimination

Rogue Talent has zero tolerance for discrimination based on race, ethnicity, gender, sexual orientation, disability, religion, or any other protected characteristic. Casting preferences based on legitimate project requirements (e.g., specific physical attributes for a campaign) are acceptable when stated professionally and respectfully.

Reporting violations

If you witness or experience a violation of these guidelines, report it through the platform or contact us at safety@roguetalent.com. All reports are reviewed by our team and treated confidentially.
